As Plant Manager, you’ll have a good team of operators around you, and it’ll be down to you to be on the shop floor with them, showing them what good looks like and being a hands-on manager. There are 2 big projects on the horizon which you’ll be leading: there is a new PLC system to be installed this year, and next year a new bulk material intake elevator.
